The nine tracked stages — with Boonbuy’s real timings
Boonbuy’s guide breaks fulfilment into nine stages you can follow in your account. The timings below are the ones Boonbuy publishes.
- Order submitted. You place the order on Boonbuy and pay.
- Order placed. The agent confirms and buys — Boonbuy states the purchase is completed within about 6 working hours of payment (and orders are placed within 24 hours).
- Seller shipped. The seller dispatches your item to Boonbuy’s China warehouse.
- Arrived at warehouse. Incoming orders are scanned into the system within about 48 hours.
- Inspection & storage. Items are quality-checked and shelved within about 24 hours.
- Shipping requested. On your Warehouse page, consolidate the items you want and submit a parcel.
- Parcel packed. The warehouse packs your parcel within about 24 hours for international shipping.
- Shipped. Track it in your account. Final cost trues up to the real weight — any difference is refunded to your balance or charged on the parcel page.
- Delivered & confirmed. Confirm receipt on the Parcel page and you’re done.

Good to know: you can paste a Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link or search by product name; for other sources, use Fill & Buy and enter the details yourself. Boonbuy notes it cannot purchase from cross-border shopping platforms — confirm any unusual source before you rely on it.
What happens at the Boonbuy warehouse
When the seller ships, your order first reaches the warehouse delivery point and is scanned into the system within about 48 hours. Until it is stored, you can follow it on your Order page.
Once received and scanned, the team completes the quality check and shelves your items within about 24 hours. From then on they appear on your Warehouse page and wait there — storage is free — until you are ready to ship. This is where consolidating pays off: gather several buys before you send anything.
Submitting your parcel
- Consolidate. On the Warehouse page, select the items you want to send and combine them into a single parcel.
- Enter shipping details. Add your delivery address, choose a packing method, and pick a shipping line.
- Apply coupons & pay. Use any available shipping coupons, then pay to confirm the shipment.
The warehouse packs your parcel within about 24 hours and hands it to the carrier; tracking then appears on your Parcel page. International shipping is priced on the parcel’s final weight, method and destination, so the amount can differ slightly from your estimate — Boonbuy refunds any overpayment to your balance, or charges the difference, after shipping. When it arrives, confirm receipt on the Parcel page.
